Spa policies regarding canceled and rescheduled appointments:

Estie Co. kindly requests that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For the first occurrence of a last-minute cancellation or reschedule, a warning will be issued. Subsequent occurrences will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.

 

For no-call/no-show appointments, 80% of the service booked will be charged and must be paid before scheduling another appointment. Failure to pay this fee will result in a ban from our schedule.

 

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, if clients are 15 or more minutes late for an appointment, a charge of 50% of the service booked will be incurred, and we may need to reschedule the appointment.

No Show

Running Late

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, if clients are 15 or more minutes late for an appointment, a charge of 50% of the service booked will be incurred, and we may need to reschedule the appointment.

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date to keep everyone safe, including our staff. If you do attend your appointment while feeling sick, we will have to send you home and charge you 80% of the service booked. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to see you soon when you are feeling better.
